Rates are subject to change at anytime and are
guaranteed only with a secured deposit and reservation.
All Weekends and Holidays are $20.00 higher.
SandCastle and Seashell suite require full payment up front to reserve the room.
Packages are only available for studios.

- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted
- Holidays and Weekends are subject to a rate change.
- Rates subject to change without notice, except on advance reservations
that have been confirmed.
- Telephone reservations will be held for 1 week to allow time to receive
deposit.
- Office hours are 8 AM to 8:00 PM. If arriving after 6 PM, guests must
notify the office for special check-in arrangements.
- Parking for one car per unit.
- No bikes permitted in rooms or walkways. Bikes will be locked to the
bike rack.
- A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservation
- Absolutely no refunds will be given for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to one week of your arrival will receive a return
of deposit in the form of a Gift Certificate, less 25% for processing. There
will be no refunds for a cancellation made within 7 days of arrival.
- All changes to room accommodations are subject to a $15.00 processing
fee once your reservation is confirmed. Excluding the change in the number
of guests.
- Deposits are not transferable.
- A deposit of 2 nights is required on weekly stays and 2 room suites.
- Facilities of the motel are for registered guests only.
- Designated Pet Friendly Rooms Available. Pet Security Deposit required.
- For the comfort of all guests, pets (with the exception of our
designated pet-friendly rooms) and smoking are not allowed. Your credit card will be charged a fee to clean drapes, carpets and
bedspreads if you smoke or sneak a pet into a room.
